I arrived late on Tuesday 21st exhausted after a nightmare journey. My husband reported these issues on the 19th but nothing was done about them.
The shower has a spout in the bottom which you have to pull up so the water comes out of the shower head instead of the said spout. The bed is massive and comfortable, the only positive thing about our stay… The draws in the cupboard are broken and unusable but this we could cope with, however the rest we couldn’t. The room is spacious but is very tired looking. This was acceptable as the issue was out of his control but the following was not. My husband arrived at the hotel on Nov 18th and due to the water being off throughout the local area he wasn’t able to check in until 18:30.
